Motorized Retractable Awnings in Palm Desert

I really appreciate a company that stands behind its customer service. I recently called Vertical Visions to service two motorized blinds at a client's home that was in escrow. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly, which was greatly appreciated since this was the final item on the repair list before closing. After the service, I had a concern about an unexpected battery replacement charge that hadn't been discussed beforehand. I reached out to the company, and Brianna responded immediately, waived the charge, and handled the situation professionally and courteously. Excellent service. Diagnosed the problem with our 10' pull-down window covers, repaired the problem, then checked and repaired other the window covers in the kitchen/living room. Efficient and friendly. And on time!

I highly recommend these guys for Work Work that you need to have done on blinds. They repaired the mechanical blind for me and installed a privacy shade in one of my bedrooms and other little small repairs that needed to be done. They were on time they communicated really well. They were very responsive to messaging. I highly recommend them and would use them anytime I need it work done on my Blinds
